These procedures include everything from obtaining the NIE (personal identification number of the foreigner, which must appear in all documents issued or processed in Spain) to the signing of the sale before a Notary and subsequent registration in the corresponding Public Organizations, prior to the authorization of the client for each of the above acts, authorization that must be granted before a Notary in a single procedure and whose management is also our responsibility.

We will also carry out, prior to signing the deed of sale, upon request from the client, a verification of the physical and legal status of the property. We will also carry out the necessary procedures with the banking entity, including, if required by the client, the search for bank financing for the purchase, and in general, any other procedure required by the client in relation to the purchase and sale operation or the property already registered in the name of the client.
